The Chronicle

Michaelhouse’s 2023 was a year of growth, achievement, and resilience. Three new padel courts were added, plans for Chapel expansion took shape, and solar power initiatives advanced sustainability efforts. The Transformation and Diversity Advisory Committee gained prominence, and a new Development Office was established to enhance financial aid.

Academically, students excelled internationally, while a future-fit curriculum introduced real-world problem-solving. The school spirit shone in sports, highlighted by a historic 100th rugby victory over Hilton. Boarding upgrades ensured housemasters live alongside students, strengthening mentorship. Through triumphs and challenges, Michaelhouse remained a place where boys grow, lead, and excel.
